In order for you to enjoy the "fragrant Chinese cuisine" with the originality of the seasoning and cooking technique, we are particular about the seasoning and soup that will become the "core" of the seasoning, and we have prepared the "original recipe" to bring it closer to the local taste.
However, if the original seasoning is applied as it is, the taste will be too strong, so we will provide "authentic Chinese food" with "deep taste in kindness" without breaking the original taste so as to "match the taste of Japanese people".
