關於預約
- Q.網路預約跟電話預約，哪個比較划算？
- A.網路上有數量限定的客房設有優惠價格，因此大部分會比電話預約便宜。
- Q.是否可與其它優惠併用？
- A.不得與其它優惠併用。
- Q.兒童需另外付費嗎？
- A.兒童如與同房賓客同床，則不收取兒童的住宿費用。
- Q.早餐費用是多少錢呢？
- A.早餐為1,700日圓。 4歲以上12歲以下的兒童為1,100日圓。未滿4歲的兒童免費。
關於各式服務
- Q.入住、退房時間是幾點呢？
- A.入住為下午3點開始。
退房為正中午。 - Q.可以延遲退房嗎？
- A.若超過正中午的退房時間仍欲使用客房，需加收以下費用：
使用至下午2點：為客房費用之標準費用的30％
使用至下午6點：為客房費用之標準費用的50％
使用至下午6點以後：為1晚的標準費用
※本飯店可能視空房情況而無法提供此服務，敬請見諒。 - Q.入住前、退房後可寄放行李嗎？
- A.可至1樓櫃檯寄放行李。
- Q.若是於入住時間前抵達飯店該怎麼辦？
- A.請先至櫃檯確認姓名，服務人員會為您保管行李。
- Q.可以晚點入住嗎？
- A.若事先已知抵達時間請於預約訂房時告知或聯絡櫃檯人員。
此外，如可能無法於預計抵達時間準時前來，請務必聯絡本飯店。

- A.由於房號基本上是當天決定的，恕無法提供此服務。

- A.寄送時請在收件人處註明由櫃檯轉交。
此外，欲寄送行李時請先註明「住宿者姓名」、「入住日」後再寄送。 - Q.我想在退房後寄送宅急便。

- Q.最晚須於何時取消訂房呢？
另外，需要支付取消費用嗎？ - A.如欲取消訂房，請於入住2天前聯絡本飯店。
若於前一天取消會產生取消費用。
前一天：為住宿費用的20%
當天：為住宿費用的80%
未聯絡：為100％

- Q.房間內可以上網嗎？
- A.房間內備有Wi-Fi與高速網路（兩者皆可免費使用），桌子抽屜內有網路線。
- Q.有嬰兒床可供租借嗎？
- A.可免費為您準備。因數量有限，請儘早洽詢。
- Q.有錄放影機、DVD播放機可供租借嗎？
- A.可免費為您準備DVD播放機（播放專用）。因數量有限，請於預約時洽詢。
※本飯店無提供錄放影機。 - Q.房間內有加濕器、燙褲機、空氣清淨機、毛毯等嗎？
- A.房間內備有加濕空氣清淨機、檯燈、除臭劑。
燙褲機設於各樓層的電梯大廳。
此外，因智慧型手機充電器、毛毯等數量有限，如有需要請儘早洽詢。 - Q.有提供備品嗎？
- A.房間內備有沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳、洗手乳、牙刷組、剃刀、梳子、棉花棒。
除此之外，還備有浴巾、毛巾、睡衣等。
關於付款
- Q.需支付訂金（押金）嗎？
- A.本飯店會收取訂金（押金）。
於辦理入住手續時將預先收取規定金額，請備好現金或信用卡。 - Q.若非住客本人，要如何支付費用呢？
- A.請於入住日之前，來館或透過銀行匯款支付費用。選擇銀行匯款時，請務必來電告知。
- Q.可用信用卡或Suica付款嗎？
- A.可使用View信用卡、JCB、VISA、UC、DC、AMEX、NICOS、大來、萬事達等。亦可使用Suica。
關於停車場
- Q.住宿有需要預約停車位嗎？
- A.不用預約，本飯店會為住宿賓客保留車位。
如無法停在普通車位，請事先洽詢。 - Q.是免費的嗎？還是需另外付費呢？
- A.需付費。從入住日下午3點-退房日正中午，一晚1,000日圓（含稅）。

- A.我們有飯店地下停車場及位於飯店旁的地上停車場，詳情請參閱交通方式。
關於餐廳的所有問題
- Q.如欲至餐廳用餐，需要事先預約嗎？
- A.雖然本飯店並非全面預約制，但若要在午餐、晚餐時段用餐仍建議事先預約。
如餐廳還有空位，亦可於當天直接至餐廳用餐。
另外，早餐時間不接受預約，建議提早前往用餐。 - Q.有沒有設有包廂的餐廳呢？可事先預約嗎？
- A.日本料理「SHINANO」、中式料理「皇華」-HUANHUA-設有包廂。
需另收包廂費用，詳情請洽各店。 - Q.有停車場嗎？是否有停車優惠？
- A.飯店內設有停車場。
餐廳用餐的賓客，只要消費金額達2,000日圓以上即可免費停車2小時。
請於結帳時告知服務人員。
此外，本飯店不提供預約停車服務。如飯店內停車場車位已滿，請賓客至任一停車場停車，並自行負擔相關費用。 - Q.餐廳內有禁菸區嗎？
- A.它餐廳皆全面禁菸。

關於宴會、會議的全面問題
- Q.I am planning a meeting/party. What do I need to do to reserve a venue?
- A.We will search for the best venue to suit your preferences, so please inquire with Banquet Reservations(TEL: 026-291-7003).
We will show you the venues, check availability, and propose fees and other details. - Q.What is the minimum number of people you can accommodate for parties? How much is the fee?
- A.It will depend on the style of party, so please feel free to inquire.
We will take your preferences on board and make a proposal. - Q.Am I able to make a tentative reservation for a banquet venue?
- A.A tentative reservation is held for up to one week after the reservation is made.
No fee is charged to make a tentative reservation. - Q.Do you have car parking?
- A.There is space for 60 vehicles in the hotel’s underground parking, as well as space for an addition 60 vehicles at the separate above-ground hotel parking facility.
We regret that parking spaces cannot be reserved.
The hotel’s parking fills up quickly, so we recommend coming by public transport. (A fee will be charged in most cases.) - Q.I want to send ahead some items that I will use at the party/meeting.

- Q.When does the morning service at Zenkoji Temple (o-asaji) start?
- A.It varies by season; the morning service starts at 5:30 a.m. during the early season (summer season), and at 7:00 a.m. during the late season (winter).
Please inquire at Front Reception for further details. - Q.How long does it take to get to Zenkoji Temple?
- A.The bus route (Nagano Station to Zenkoji Daimon) takes approximately 15 minutes, followed by approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Zenkoji Daimon to the main temple building.
- Q.How long does it take to get to the hotel from the Nagano Interchange/Suzaka-Naganohigashi Interchange?
- A.The time will vary depending on traffic conditions, but either approach should take approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Please refer to the Access page for directions. - Q.How can I get to the hotel from Nagano Station?
- A.Exit the ticket gate and go straight toward the Zenkoji Exit (on the right side), then turn left at the end of the passageway (into MIDORI Nagano).
Pass through the souvenirs area on the second floor to reach the hotel entrance. (Route is open between 5:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.)
